Ciudad de México.- Dando seguimiento a su estrategia de protección para los clientes en esta pandemia y para mejorar su experiencia de servicio, Banorte ofrece ahora la posibilidad de solicitar los turnos para recibir atención en sucursales a través de WhatsApp. Esto permite al cliente evitar filas y llegar exactamente cuando esté disponible el ejecutivo para atenderlo.
El servicio ha comenzado a implementarse en algunas regiones del país y estará disponible en todas las sucursales de Banorte a nivel nacional al término del mes.
Con esta opción de servicio, Banorte busca combinar la comodidad y seguridad para sus clientes con una de las herramientas de mensajería más utilizadas por los mexicanos.
Marcos Ramírez Miguel, Director General de Grupo Financiero Banorte, comentó: “Es tiempo de cuidarnos. Los clientes que tengan que asistir a una sucursal podrán solicitar su turno desde la sana distancia y así evitar permanecer en una fila. Ahora en Banorte el siguiente turno se pide a través de WhatsApp”.
Los clientes de Banorte pueden solicitar su turno a través de WhatsApp de una de estas dos maneras:
- Escanear el código QR ubicado en el exterior de la sucursal o
- Enviar la palabra TURNO + el número de sucursal (CR) al número 55 4919 4391.
- El CR es proporcionado por el anfitrión que se encuentra en la entrada de la sucursal. Cada sucursal tiene un CR diferente.
- El acudir a escanear el código QR o solicitar el CR de sucursal se realiza una única vez; no es necesario acudir nuevamente a la sucursal para realizar estos pasos en visitas subsiguientes.
Es muy importante para Banorte recordar que esta opción es para quienes requieren acudir a la sucursal, por lo que sigue poniendo a disposición de los clientes sus canales de atención digitales: Banorte Móvil, Banco en Línea, ATMs y corresponsales a nivel nacional.
